15 Minutes To Stitch 2021 - Week 24

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch since 2020 and am a fan of her blog. She's continuously hosted since 2011!

My 2021 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.

• Week 24: 7 of 7 = 100 %
• 94 minutes/day average across 7-days
• June: 13 of 14 = 93 %
• 2021: 143 of 166 = 86 %

This week has been all about preparing for Saturday's Quilt Guild class. The Cheerful Quilt by Andy Knowlton at abrightcorner.com. 

So, how did the sewing go?

Top items with progress:

1) Cheerful quilt supplies were all cut, except borders in preparation for the Quilt Guild Class on Saturday, June 12th. 

By the end of class, I had 4 blocks done and 4 blocks in progress.

All 8 blocks were finished by the end of Saturday and they were mounted on the design wall

Yes, Gracie, I will get back to work on our projects.

2) For the Guild's Birthday party in August one of the fun games is a block lottery. For each block submitted, the guild members receive a ticket in the drawing. This year, the theme is I-Spy at the beach. The focus fabric is a Hexagon surrounded by triangles. Heather Ross' Malibu fabrics have some really cute options. Here's my hexagon with the provided triangles all done:
