15 Minutes To Stitch 2020 - Week 12

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch in 2019 and am a fan of her blog. She's hosting again for 2020

My 2020 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.
  • Week 12: 6 of 7 = 86 %
    • 46 minutes/day average across 7-days
  • March: 20 of 22 = 90 %
  • 2020: 72 of 82 = 88 %
Work has been very intense with client deliverables. I've been working from home for years so nothing has changed in that respect with COVID-19. I was struggling with starting the quilting. Had to have a talk with the quilt regarding the quilting, but it just wanted straight-line top to bottom at different widths.

Took an evening to clean the machine. Another session to pick thread. Another session to wind bobbins. Small sessions were the only way to get myself to move things forward. AND all the quilting is done by the end of the Sunday.

My Low Volume Pluses quilt is based on Ashley of Film in the Fridge's Marcelle Plus Quilt, I'm looking to finishing this first throw quilt for myself for my own birthday.
