2019 Finish-A-Long Q4 Proposed Projects

I love living in my new home with a "sewing room for cutting and housing my supplies" since I sew in the Great Room where we watch TV at night. I am making sure that I spend at least 15-minutes each day sewing for almost every day each week.

Most of my sewing things are still in boxes in the sewing room, but I don't mind. Below, I'm declaring all my UFO's as well as the PIGS with fabric set aside for the projects.

If you want to join in, head over to one of the hosts blogs, Marci Girl Designs is one, to review the rules.

Every project ever on one of my FAL lists (2018 and 2019) is now included until the project is completed or abandoned AND for this quarter, I am coming clean adding ALL the PIGS (projects in grocery sacks) that I have set aside with fabric & pattern in my sewing room and when noted the labeled moving box. With 121 entries (updated 10/16 before the link-up closed), I am joining the #ridiculouslylongFALlist gang. I'll do my best to make progress on many of these. I am hoping to focus on each project and get it done before moving on to the next project so the list of UFO's decreases.

Things still in labeled moving boxes continue having those references reflected in the titles below in parenthesis.

  2. *gulps* Oh my goodness!! If nothing else, the numbers on some of those still-to-be-unpacked boxes put the unpacking ahead of you into perspective! It's a pity unpacking can't go on your #RidiculouslyLongFALList!! Good luck! (I think you might be Queen of the RLFALL gang!)

    1. Woo hoo, Queen for a quarter!!! Yes, now you have some idea of WHY everything is still in boxes since there are no shelves or storage options in that 'bedroom'. I'm looking at Ikea's custom storage solutions to figure out how to organize, but don't want that to derail my sewing efforts. The best thing is that everything is now in one room, no longer hiding in closets & bins & storage. I love that it's the start of a new quarter and I can work on projects. Good luck with your list!!! Heading over to see your list now.....

  3. Quite a varied list that you have! What have you been working on first? I hope that you are making good progress on a few of them. On behalf of the entire FAL crew, thanks for joining in.
