Thanks for joining in; good luck! (Any chance some of the multiple items can be batch made to make things easier or would that actually make things harder over all?!)
ReplyDeleteThank you! We are on the same vibe. I am hoping to make the 4 pouches back to back and organizing at the same time. And the 2 Call Me's together. And the 4 Petit Fours Baskets. The biggest issue is that I like to use matching threads and some of the fabrics don't match.
DeleteI always use matching threads and often find that even with rethreading the machine between items, I’m still faster batch making. And I always change the order of the patterns to do as much sewing as possible before, say, breaking off to take bits to the iron. Good luck!
DeleteOh, thank you so very much for the advise. I do love the way you do things. They are very helpful to me. I love to strategize during my non-sewing time so that I'm ready when it's time to work on a project.
DeleteGood luck with your list for 2023. You did pretty well with your list last year.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Kate! Hope you are feeling better and get some sewing in this week.
DeleteGood luck with your list. You have lots of great projects planned :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much!
