15 Minutes To Stitch 2020 - Week 45

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch in 2019 and am a fan of her blog. She's hosting again for 2020

My 2020 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.
  • Week 45: 7 of 7 = 100 %
    • 99 minutes/day average across 7-days
  • November: 8 of 8 = 100 %
  • 2020: 260 of 313 = 83 %
After last week's staycation, it took until Thursday to get back in the swing of the working cycle. Every night, I worked on the 2nd secret sewing project for a gift exchange and by Friday night, it was done. All the items purchased from my friend Kate's websites (The Vagabond Tabby and Trickster's Trash) were wrapped, too. Saturday morning the box was closed up and the outside was decorated!

Saturday evening and into Sunday, I got started on the next 3 items on my list.

1) Progress on Buff November blocks in Patterns By Jen 2020 Monthly Color Challenge with both Oyster and Navy backgrounds. Part of my One Monthly Goal.

2) 2 Gift Blocks for Quilt Guild December Party raffle. Tutorial by Nan Slaughter on her blog Pots and Pins. Part of my One Monthly Goal for November.

3) First of the Journey2Nebula projects to catch-up: Seaside Tablerunner. Since the projects are progressive in skills, I decided to get back to the first one and get it done first. This will go on the Living Room glass table under a glass cut bowl wedding gift from over 20-years ago.

Updating Mini Archie's Fettle Those Finishes! to push the finishes towards the end of the year.

    1. Thanks so much, Kate. I'm thinking I may need to limit the sewing time and add 15-minutes/day with each of 2-dogs in some training to help them in the evenings deal with the early darkness. They don't get as much time to run around in the yard and seem a little depressed. We all need out 15+ minutes of enjoyable tasks.
