15 Minutes To Stitch 2022 - Week 20

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch since 2020 and am a fan of her blog. She's continuously hosted since 2011!

My 2022 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year, same as 2021.

  • Week 20: 7 of 7 = 100 %
    • 47 minutes/day average across 7-days
  • May 15 of 15 = 100%
  • 2022: 115 of 135 = 85 %
Great home progress this week. (1) Mr. Hubby Bear and I installed 36-feet of heavy duty shelving in the garage. We figured out that the dog's X-pen goes across the small garage door so we could allow the dogs to hang out with us and have access to the house. We were exhausted..... (2) Mr. Hubby Bear and the construction experienced neighbor continued to tackle removing the Master Bath Shower walls and floor. Luckily the termites left enough wood at the top and bottom to attach new studs. Now, Mr. Hubby Bear is totally wiped out!

The work trip scheduled for two weeks out seems like it will be postponed for an additional two weeks. I am a bit relieved as I look forward to some R&R next weekend.

Still continuing to work on following Dr. Eric Berg's YouTube advise for a woman with an overbalance of Estrogen. It does seem to be working even when I am not perfect about it.

Puppy, Osky at almost 3-years old, is having bouts of anxiety. We are having luck with both BlackWingFarms Flower Essences and CBD oil in his meals twice/day. Also, making sure he can be included in activities to see what's going on.

Below I am sharing my weekly goals that help me focus on a small task to get me breaking down large milestones into small bites.
