Seaside Table runner - 2021 Q4 Finish-A-Long 2nd Finish

After starting String and Story's Free Motion Quilting Academy with HollyAnne Knight, and making homemade Spray Baste, the Seaside Table runner finally got sandwiched and has been hanging clipped to a hanger in a closet ready to be quilted. The inspiration came while waiting for drying of the second batch of basted quilts to be basted. This project is the second finish in Q4 of 2021 identified by number 2 on the planning list HERE.

In 2020, I decided to join the Jaybird quilts weekly quilt along for the 6 Journey to Nebula project to learn to use her rulers. Now, Seaside is done and in the Living Room on the Coffee Table near it's matching Maywood Studios Burgundy & Blush Jelly Roll Rug:

This is the half or placemat size as it's what fits the IKEA oval coffee table

Gracie checks over my hand-stitched finishing of the corners:

Then we put the Wedding Present glass bowl and coasters back on top:

And she's done for the night!

Gracie says that this work passes and I can check it off the Finish-A-Long list!
