15 Minutes To Stitch 2021 - Week 34

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch since 2020 and am a fan of her blog. She's continuously hosted since 2011!

My 2021 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.

  • Week 34: 6 of 7 = 86 %
    • 141 minutes/day average across 7-days
  • August: 17 of 22 = 77%
  • 2021: 203 of 234 = 87 %
Wrapping up a week of staycation. Spend 7 of the 9 days driving the dog to a Nurse friends' house for shots from our naturopathic vet whom we consult with by phone. It was so nice of our retired Navy Nurse friend to help us take care of our older guy. It was 10 shots to help boost his 11-year old immune system. He seems to be perking up and feeling better so it's worth it. But it was a lot of driving for someone who works from home and doesn't get in the car most days. Kipper was so sweet with their little dogs. And it was really nice to visit with friends in person for a week.

Being in Florida with the rampant outbreaks of the COVID Delta variant, Hubby and I are masking up as much as possible and staying home to take care of ourselves as much as possible.

I'm looking to continue to focus on Appreciation. Thank you for checking out my blog.

So, how did the sewing go?

  1. You made really good progress this week even with the trips for the doggy. We are back to masks at work, but you don't see them at any other places in town, so we mostly stay home too. Happy stitching.

  2. How nice to see all your works in progress, and the list of your good intentions. Personally, lists such as yours are terrifying to me! :-) The guilt I'd feel for NOT achieving my goals would far outweigh the value in such a list. But I know different things work for different people. Keep up the good work! I'm here because you commented on my blog post (thank you!) and you're a "no reply-commenter." Did you know that? It means that when you comment on blogs, no one can respond to you except on THAT particular blog post. To receive emailed responses to comments, you need to go into your Google profile and change your setting. I'm happy to give you assistance if you want or need it.
