15 Minutes To Stitch 2020 - Week 50

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch in 2019 and am a fan of her blog. She's hosting again for 2020

My 2020 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.

• Week 50: 7 of 7 = 100 %
• 132 minutes/day average across 7-days
• December: 11 of 13 = 85 %
• 2020: 289 of 348 = 83 %

Last Staycation week of the year. Counting down: one 5-day workweek then two 4-day workweeks. Lots of errands and follow-ups this week that got in the way of some sewing. Still continuing the focusing on the top Fettle those Finishes & Sticky Prod Along projects. 

New glasses was on deck this week and a stricter regime to care for the dogs as one was having skin issues. Two pairs of single prescription lenses were done within the week and I am looking forward to using my new work computer glasses with the correct focal point for my 1-year old desk! 

So, how did the sewing go this week?

Two Finishes:

1) JAX MQG Gift Ornaments dropped off before December meeting and opened today:

2) Gift Blocks for family. HST bows ready for trimming then sew into a row and attach to the Gift Boxes

Top items with progress:

1) Second of the Journey2Nebula projects to catch-up: Rock Candy, #4 in the series: Added 4 borders need to press the 3rd and 4th before adding the 5th and 6th. 

2) Third of the Journey2Nebula projects is #7, Gemstone Pillowcase patterns assembled this week in the sew along. So far, my Feature Bands are sewn.

3) Started both the Oyster and Navy background blocks for Red December in Patterns By Jen 2020 Monthly Color Challenge. 

Updating Mini Archie's Fettle Those Finishes! to push the finishes towards the end of the year.
