15 Minutes To Stitch 2020 - Week 42 & 43

I loved participating in Kate's Life in Pieces 15 Minutes to Stitch in 2019 and am a fan of her blog. She's hosting again for 2020

My 2020 goal is to stitch at least 15-minutes 50% of the days in the year.

• Week 42: 5 of 7 = 71 %
• 66 minutes/day average across 7-days
• Week 43: 7 of 7 = 100%
• 91 minutes/day average across 7-days
• October: 20 of 25 = 80 %
• 2020: 247 of 299 = 83 %

Almost done with the Olive October blocks in Patterns By Jen 2020 Monthly Color Challenge with both Oyster and Navy backgrounds:

Progress has been made on the first of the two Secret projects for the IG's #WooliamGangStNicolasDayGiftSwap2020. Need to get these done ASAP to get them in the mail to ship Internationally. Pictures will have to be posted in Black & White until the gift box is received.

In week 43, decided to join two 2021 BOM's with Pink Door Fabrics (see Subscriptions menu): 

1) Smitten (EPP) - Heather Ross Malibu fabric line - Perhaps you remember my friend Trixie is a Heather Ross panel and my local swap buddy, Mary, made me a lovely Heather Ross Trixie fabric line sewing station. I've never done a big EPP project before but love the work by my friend, Jen Strauser, Dizzy Quilter. Jen is also the one who inspired me to make Trixie.

2) Nebula - Tula Pink True Colors fabric line - Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts created the pattern and 8 training patterns with a Facebook Group to support each other in these weeks leading up to the start of the BOM. 

Since it's still October I get to continue using my washable QuiltSmart midi Halloween bag as my purse.
