One Monthly Goal - May 2023 Proposed

New Month and it's time to refresh my One Monthly Goal, if you want to join-in head over:

April's goal was not completed so let's reset for May's Goal, to complete the 4 hexagons English Paper Piecing in the Pink Door Fabrics Block of the Month Smitten 2023 in the Tula Pink Moon Garden fabric line for the third month. With Husband's surgery, an injured Dog, and more projects on my plate at work, I just wasn't able to complete more than one of four blocks. These are the most quantity and largest blocks for this BOM so far. I'm giving myself extra time to attach the blocks to the quilt after the end of May.

The first month's 3 Hexagons and second month's 4 Half-Hexagons done and assembled.

The first block assembled by April 30th.

The row is hanging in the closet in my upstairs office where there's a bit of space:

In month 2, I figured out a format for organizing a cutting list for each fabric in each block and then a separate organizer for assembling each block. I am enjoying the EPP process.

The rest of the 3 blocks for month 3 are cut and glue basted, ready to assemble.

Wishing you the best of luck with your projects also.

  1. Sounds like you had a rough April. Hopefully May is much calmer and you can make more progress. The blocks you've finished look great!
