One Monthly Goal - May 2024 Proposed
May has started with a difficult first weekend. We've said goodbye to our sweet 13-year old Whippet, Kipper, Bitterblue Hi Tea Kippers n Crackers, CRX2, CGC, FITB. My 'Sweet Pea' always wanted me to have a great time in life so we will all continue for him enjoying everything we do.

I must focus on two challenges for my Quilt Guilds in May so I can continue with my QuiltFest entries for the show in September.
In May, I will complete the 32 strips for the Honeybees annual exchange quilt. I'm making Row number 32 of 32, the bottom row. There were 3-yards of a lovely purple to complete 2024 Project 18 covering both rows 27 and 32. Row 27 is already done. Row 32 purples cut and stacked ready to assemble:
The second part is to complete two QuiltSmart bags, both a Mondo and Bitty using fabrics matching the 3 Paint Chips pulled from the jar back in January, light blue, dusky pink and bright blue. The bags will be used on my upcoming work trip and are due for the 10-year JAX Modern Quilt Guild Birthday Meeting. The challenge result is 2024 Project 2.
