One Monthly Goal - May 2025 Proposed

It's time for a new One Monthly Goal, if you want to check it out head over:

Living with the almost 10-month old puppy is my primary focus with my full-time work from home job being the second and then the health, well-being and happiness of my 5-year old dog, husband of 25 years and myself. The puppy is settling in nicely but needs zoomies management several times per day. We love playing with soft Frisbees in the backyard. Sometimes the dog needs to zoom also, then both dogs wear soft plastic muzzles when outside together to prevent any excited biting leading to more vet bills.

All that being said, I have picking simple goals that seem within my reach to keep me positive and motivated.  This month, I'm going to attempt a stretch goal to finish the quilt top center from an April workshop, Abstraction from Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Designs.

First of the large squares completed in class is pictured below. Abstraction is 2025 Project 7.

What are you working on in May 2025?

  1. Good luck with your goal this month. Thanks for linking up.

  2. It's so encouraging to hear a quilter talk about having other things being priority in life. It can easily get pulled into putting sewing or quilting first and other life things behind that. Enjoy getting your goal done in those moments you have to enjoy your hobby.
