One Monthly Goal - March 2026 Completed
Finished March's goal! If you want to see everyone's one monthly goal projects head over to the link-up:
Finishing this UFO is so gratifying! Sue Spargo Needle Roll is 2026 UFO 52 completed in 13-hours and 43-minutes. The roll includes my first attempt at Bullion Knots around the 3/4” circle covering the ends of the elastic. Did you know that a US Penny is 3/4” in diameter? I cleaned one with hubby’s metal polish and then used it for a nice template. The binding was hand finished which is unusual for me. I’m so happy to have finished this UFO and One Monthly Goal! The pattern was chewed by Wiki last year; luckily it could be taped back together to decipher most of the instructions. Sue’s staff kindly answered my questions so I could finish.

My One Monthly Goal March proposal is HERE which was number 8 on the link-up.
What progress did you make in March?
Link-Ups:

I like the needle roll. Better way to store them than what I do. Like the little bunny too.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Donna! This is so much more organized than I've been up to this point. My Embroidery 101 class came with a lot more variety of needles than I'm used to. This is so helpful.
DeleteThat needle roll is such a great idea. I'm sure you'll be happy you pushed through the challenges.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteIt turned out great! It's good to know that the pattern people were willing to help you as needed too.
ReplyDeleteYes, they were terrific. I did send them a picture of the ripped and taped pattern where the # was missing to ask for help. Still makes me laugh that the puppy chewed it up but didn't eat any! Thanks for the OMG linky party!!!
